- eLitmus: It is another employability assessment test that is widely recognized in India, which measures a candidate’s aptitude, analytical, and communication skills, and is aimed at fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
- MeritTrac: This assessment test is widely used in India to measure a candidate’s cognitive abilities, job-specific skills, and personality traits. It assesses the technical, behavioral, and managerial aspects of an individual.
- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Digital: A digital-only assessment test that measures a candidate’s job-specific skills in areas such as aptitude, reasoning, and language comprehension.
- TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) is an employability assessment test conducted by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the largest Indian multinational information technology service and consulting companies. The test measures a candidate’s aptitude, analytical, and technical skills, and it is aimed at fresh graduates and postgraduates. The TCS NQT consists of two sections: The cognitive Ability Test (CAT) and TCS Technical Test (TTT). The CAT measures a candidate’s aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, while the TTT measures a candidate’s knowledge of programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
- Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) Assessment: An assessment test that measures a candidate’s aptitude, reasoning, and language comprehension skills.
- Mahindra Rise: Mahindra group, conduct the Mahindra Rise assessment test to measure a candidate’s cognitive, technical, and behavioral abilities.
- Wipro Elite National level Aptitude Test (WELAT): Wipro conducts WELAT to assess the aptitude, verbal and reasoning abilities of the candidates.
- Infosys iCAT (Infosys Career Aptitude Test): Infosys conducts the iCAT test for graduates to assess their cognitive, technical, and behavioral abilities.
- Accenture Placement Test: Accenture conducts this test to assess a candidate’s aptitude, and verbal and reasoning skills. It’s aimed at fresh graduates and postgraduates.
- IBM Kenexa Test: IBM Kenexa Test is a cognitive ability test that measures a candidate’s problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. It’s aimed at entry-level and experienced professionals
- Deloitte Assessment Test: Deloitte conducts this test to assess a candidate’s aptitude, and verbal, and logical reasoning skills. It’s aimed at fresh graduates and postgraduates.
- Mettl Online Aptitude Test: Mettl offers various aptitude tests aimed at various levels of experience, it covers several aspects like cognitive abilities, logical reasoning, quantitative skills, etc.
- Firstnaukri.com Assessment Test: Firstnaukri.com, an online job portal, conducts an assessment test aimed at entry-level and experienced professionals. It covers areas such as aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- HCL TalentCare: HCL conducts the TalentCare test which is an employability assessment test that covers areas such as aptitude, reasoning, and domain-specific areas, this test is aimed at fresher and experienced professionals
